So until you get used to it, don't worry too much about keeping track of every little detail.

Just try to keep up with the overall flow.

전체적인 내용(흐름)만 따라간다고 생각하세요.

 

And the meetings are entirely recorded, so you can catch up on anything you might've missed, afterwards.

그리고 회의 전체가 녹음되니까 놓친 내용이 있으면 끝나고 확인할 수 있어요.

Keep track

ex) My sister has ahd so many different jobs, it's hard for me to keep track (of what she's doing).

ex) There's so much going on that it's hard to keep track.

ex) Keep track of your little brother for me, will you?

ex) It's her job to keep track of how the money is spent.

ex) I watch the news to keep track of current events.

 

Keep up with

ex) He started to walk faster and the children had to run to keep up.

ex) Wages are failing to keep up with inflation.

ex) She walks so fast I can never keep up with her.

ex) Techonology changes so fast, it's hard to keep up with it.

ex) Supply of the goods is failing to keep up with demand.

ex) You'll have to walk faster if you want to keep up.

ex) He talks so fast, I can't keep up with what he's saying.

 

Catch up on

ex) I have to catch up on my reading.

ex) He reads the newspaper on Sunday mornings to catch up on the news.

ex) She has to catch up on her homework.

ex) I hope to catch up on some much needed sleep this weekend.
